Somatics, Sex, & Substances w/ Annie J Boheler Sex and substances are often explored simultaneously and can both be considered mind altering experiences in and of themselves. Please join me for a trauma informed presentation and conversation around the taboo subjects squared. We will be centered around consent & harm reduction in the name of pleasure optimization. Please be prepared to practice an embodied boundaries exercise with yourself as well a general consent conversation with another person.
