Got Ideas?

At SDS, we love new ideas! We love to do new things each and every year that would contribute to the amazing sexual fabric of our lives. If you have an idea that you would like to implement at the conference, please fill out this form and we'll get back to you to see if we can make it happen!

 

Here are some quick facts for you:

1. We're open to you doing the idea as a pre-con, during the con, or post-con.

2. If you want to charge attendees, there is a non-refundable room deposit of $200 for 2 hours minimum and SDS gets 20% of the sales (if greater than $200; we subtract the $200 from the sales). 

3. We do not allow your idea to happen during the con in a separate space. That would be considered a separate event. All ideas will take place at the hotel.

4. No fire, wax, or large volumes of liquids/paints.

5. If you want to do something food related and you're going to have a large quantity of it (needs catering of some sort), you must purchase beverages from the hotel at the minimum. (But we can talk about how to work this out). Smaller food items should be fine (ex: like a tasting).

6. Your conference registration fee would be waived.
