In charge of coordinating duties for each volunteer, organize and help conduct volunteer meeting, create post-survey for the volunteers, ensuring all volunteers are in their place and doing their duties, and point person for volunteer deposit.
Makes sure that guests at the conference have what they need and checking in with them throughout the conference to ensure quality participation.
Trains volunteers on registration, takes money, insures that all attendees sign all the forms before entering the conference, and coordinating registration volunteers.
The Labyrinth Director is in charge of finding D-types and S-types to assist in the dungeon, making sure rules are enforced, helping with setup and take-down, organizing toy check-out system, and meet with all dungeon volunteers. This position also has the opportunity to get a percentage of dungeon sponsorships that are brought in.
Makes sure that every presenter has everything they need, creates/puts up signage, and confirms all equipment is working properly for presenter sessions session.
SOCIAL MEDIA DIRECTOR
Plans and manages our social media throughout the year, as well as during the conference.
