About the event
Ancestral Bodies, Neurodivergent Pleasure: Reclaiming Sensory, Spiritual & Somatic Pathways
Facilitated by Dr. Udim Isang (they/he/it/we)
This session weaves neurodivergence, Indigenous knowledge, and embodied pleasure into a healing, movement-centered experience. Participants explore how the neurodistinct body processes touch, desire, safety, and connection while learning ancestral pathways that frame the body as deeply wise.
Through intuitive movement, breath, and sensory exercises, we open space for participants to reconnect with themselves beyond shame, overwhelm, and cultural conditioning .
Lets centering body trust, nervous system regulation, and pleasure as a site of liberation.
Perfect for anyone seeking embodied tools for nervous-system support, spiritual grounding, and pleasure-based self-connection.
